Just got home from a very fun (and very hot) morning at the park! We met another family with a child with cataracts, and had a great time!
My 4yr old daughter had a great time meeting new friends that wear glasses at the Smith kids playground in Philadelphia.
We celebrated by wearing our Great Glasses Play Day shirts and stickers while playing outside in the grass! We have been reading books about glasses today as well! What a great day!
We had a great time meeting new friends with glasses at Smith Memorial Playground too!
I love the concept of this!!! While we didn’t partake in any planned festivities my Great Glasses girl rocked her specs all day!! She had a hockey game, scored a goal
and then we went on a pirate cruise where she rocked her eye patch!! It was truly a great glasses day
I hosted in Philly at Smith Playground! We had a great day!!
It was soooo fun to meet up in Minneapolis! Our 14 month old daughter met lots of great friends/role models who wear glasses! Loved it!
We had a great time in Minneapolis making glasses cases and reading about Princess Annie!
We celebrated by celebrating our glasses guy, Joel. Blogged about it here: http://mcnaryfamily.wordpress.com/2012/08/08/celebrating-joel/. Thanks for all your hard work on such a fun event!

We celebrated MLB-style at the Oakland A’s game versus Toronto. The kids were able to last all 9 innings (unfortunately for us the A’s did not). https://dl.dropbox.com/u/31584138/GGPD_A%27s.jpg
